Google voice call problem

I am still having problem to call phones in Japan, I did research on it and it seems like known issue reported in Google help forum on 6/4/2011 but haven't seen any reply from Google team yet ... hmm.

Please let me know if you encountered the same problem before also it would be great to let me know the alternative international phone call services.

未だに、Googleボイスを通じての日本への通話でトラブルが生じているようです。
検索した結果、Googleのヘルプフォーラムに既にリポート済みの問題のようで、6月4日にリポートされた後、まだGoogleチームから何も返信は見当たりません。。うーん。
