Las Vegas Trip
This is my second trip to Las Vegas! Last time we stayed in Luxor and watched great show Cirque du Soleil ''KA".
This time we found the another way to enjoy Las Vegas without gambling , clubbing etc.
We stayed in new hotel called Vdara, it's in City Center area. The area doesn't look like Las Vegas at all, it's quite simple and modern taste, I love it.
There are beautiful spa resort, pool, fancy restaurant inside! It was wonderful 2nights stay.
We watched the Cirque du Soleil The Beatles ''LOVE" , It's the best show I've ever seen by far!
The ticket is quite expensive, 160$ for one person, but it's really really worth it! I would like to watch the same show next time too!

Music Beta by Google service has been started
I received the invitation email for Music Beta by Google today, when I clicked "Get Started", the sign up page was opened and passed couple of pages to the end.
The attached picture is the Home image, you can listen to so many different types of music, and also able to upload music on your library. The big difference from other app is that user is able to access and enjoy listening to music even offline area...how is it possible!!
You need to download music manager to add music, it seems like "MusicManager.exe" isn't working properly so far. I am trying to download it again and install and rebooting OS,, but so far no luck..hm.
I am excited to see how popular the app will be, once they released the official version.
This app would be one of the representative app of cloud computing service. :)

Chapter 1 Troubleshooting
Step 1 Identify the problem
You might want to reproduce the problem at this point, but always do back up any critical data before making any changes from current situation, so you can always go back if something was happened on the process.
I think it's important to gather the information as much as possible from FRD, internal knowledge DB, vendor's official tech community site.
Step 2 Establish a theory of probable cause
Step 3 Test the theory to determine the cause
You can always go back to step2, if you couldn't get expected result from your theory.
Step 4 Establish the plan of action to resolve the problem and implement the solution
Step 5 Verify full system functionality and if applicable , implement preventative measures too
Preventative measures shouldn't affect any other system or system policies. If there is possibilities that is happened, get the permission first.
Step 6 Document findings, actions, and outcomes
Document should be included,
1. The issue summary (support team)
2. Step to reproduce the issue (support team)
3. Cause of the problem (should be added by dev team)
4. Solution (also added by dev team, when it's fixed)
5. Preventative measures (support team&dev)
Other tidbits
Important 4 components : Video , RAM , Processor , Motherboard.
In real life, large percentage of the issues you are going to face are due to user error...
